What’s your vision for the future of organic agriculture in Canada?

Today's agriculture requires large inputs of fossil-fuel based synthetic chemicals to control pests and fertilize the crops which inputs also contributing greatly to air and water pollution. We will need to move away from it towards the biologically-informed approaches that can both keep yields high while reducing environmental harm. We must adopt with modern organic and other low-external-input farming systems which also ensure conserving of energy and minimizing pollution. Organic approaches in Agriculture are the only way which can save our planet for our successors.
