Eggs

Our hens are free to roam the pasture during the day and are provided with shelter for the night in an Egg Mobile (hen house on wheels). The hens feel secure laying their eggs in the nesting boxes which are hooded within the Egg Mobile. We protect our hens from predators with a mesh fence that is moved regularly to allow them access to fresh grass.

They are fed certified organic grains. No chemical wash or sealants are used when cleaning the eggs. The eggs are large and brown with dark yellow yolks that are filled with goodness.
