The raised beds south of the house have been planted to pick-your own flowers and herbs for the 60 families in the CSA (Community Shared Agriculture) garden later in the summer. Now there is German Chamomile in bloom and the yellow flowers on the left are a seed saving project- Red Russian Kale plants which were wintered over in the root cellar and replanted and allowed to go to seed early in the season before the other mustards are blooming.
