Registration Information:

You can register for the Canadian Organic Science Conference and Science Cluster Strategic Meetings online or by downloading, printing and sending the registration form.

Please note that the early registration deadline is January 9, 2012 and registration closes on February 7, 2012. Should you need any assistance during the registration or payment process, please contact Joanna MacKenzie at jmackenzie@nsac.ca or 902-896-2249. Registration fees cover the operating costs of the meetings, including: meals, meeting room rental, and audio-visual equipment.

Graduate and undergraduate students currently enrolled in a Canadian university are encouraged to apply for a Student Travel Award.

International visitors considering attending the Canadian Organic Science conference are asked to please submit an abstract by the December 1, 2011 submission deadline. Individual letters of invitation for travel and visa purposes will be considered only after a presentation abstract has been reviewed and deemed suitable and relevant to organic agriculture in Canada.
